  • relevant material related to the artwork (high-resolution photographs, certificate or detailed technical sheet);
  • participation agreement
  • participation fee, if required

No need to physically send the artworks.
To safeguard the security of the lots selected for auction, physical shipment of the artwork is not required; it will only be requested after the work has been sold.

If no sale is achieved.
Unsold lots may, at the artist’s discretion and without contractual obligation, remain for a period of thirty days from the closing of the auction in the dedicated section of the Archivio Storico Casa d’Aste website, at no additional cost.

Requirements of the Artworks

Sold works will be certified at no additional cost to the seller. Listed lots may include different categories and media (painting, sculpture, tapestries, mosaics).

Archivio Storico Casa d’Aste will produce a catalogue featuring the works offered for sale. The catalogue will be distributed to numerous art galleries and to the many collectors who have long relied on the company for their purchases and investments. A copy of the catalogue will be provided free of charge to the sellers.

All lots will be displayed in a pre-auction preview available on the Archivio Storico Casa d’Aste website. All works will be included in the circuit named Arsvalue, which will conduct the auction on the scheduled date, involving numerous national and international collectors.
